What internet speeds do you offer?
We offer speeds ranging from 100 Mbps on our Basic plan to 10 Gbps+ on our Enterprise plan. All connections are fiber-optic with symmetrical upload and download speeds available on Professional and Enterprise tiers.
What is your uptime guarantee?
Our uptime SLA varies by plan: Basic offers 99.5%, Professional offers 99.9%, and Enterprise offers 99.99%. If we fail to meet our SLA, you receive service credits automatically applied to your next bill.
Do you offer static IP addresses?
Yes. Professional plans include one static IP at no extra cost. Additional static IPs are available for $5/month each. Enterprise plans include a custom IP allocation based on your needs.
Billing & Contracts
Is there a long-term contract required?
No. We offer both month-to-month and annual billing. Annual plans save you 15%. There are no early termination fees on either option — we earn your business every month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Enterprise clients can also arrange for NET-30 invoicing. Billing is automated and you will receive an invoice before each charge.

What happens if my internet goes down?
